OUR STORY
This started at home.
In 2009, everything changed for our family. Our son was diagnosed as neurodivergent and later with celiac disease, and suddenly the foods we loved became off-limits.
But giving up comfort food was never an option. So we went back to the kitchen.
Southern classics. Caribbean favorites. The food we grew up on—rebuilt gluten free and made to taste like the real thing.
