WHY GOODGRUBB EXISTS
We missed the food.
In 2009, gluten free became part of our family’s life after our son was diagnosed as neurodivergent and later with celiac disease.
Suddenly, the biscuits, fried food, pies and comfort dishes we loved were harder to find—and too often the gluten free versions asked us to settle for less.
So we started rebuilding them ourselves.
Goodgrubb grew from our kitchen and one simple belief: gluten free food should still taste like the food you came for.

From our kitchen to the community.
Goodgrubb grew from feeding our own family to serving people face-to-face through pop-ups, events and our food truck.
Today, the truck still comes out for select events while Goodgrubb continues growing through products, retail and partnerships.

Our food lives where family, culture and comfort meet.
That means tender biscuits and crispy fried food. Sweet potato pie and the flavors of a Jamaican-American table. Food that belongs at Sunday dinner, holidays, cookouts and regular Tuesdays.
We don’t start by asking, “How do we make a gluten free version?” We start by asking, “Would we want to eat this?”
